By using the CrowdSky Ai ChatGPT App (“App”), you agree to these Terms.

1) What the App does

The App provides informational guidance for drone flight planning (weather risk, airspace/zone guidance, regulations summaries, and media tips). It is not a substitute for official authorization, pilot judgment, or real-time site assessment.

2) No warranties / safety disclaimer

Information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying requirements with the relevant aviation authority and complying with all applicable laws, rules, and manufacturer guidance.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful activities.

4) Third-party services

The App may provide links or guidance that reference third-party services and official authority portals. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdSky is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

6) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
